Travel Day
Arrive in Madrid and get settled into your accommodation. In the evening, we'll kick off the week with an ice-breaker reception. This is a perfect opportunity to meet your fellow participants, enjoy some refreshments, and start building connections.

Training Sessions (0800-1600)
Each day will be packed with engaging and informative sessions designed to enhance your skills as a protocol professional. We will delve deep into our Traits Method and help you build the tools you need to be successful in even the most challenging circumstances.

Final Projects and Graduation (0800-1500)
Our final day of training will wrap up at 1500, giving you a bit of free time to enjoy the city.
For those interested, you'll have the option to take the Certified Protocol Professional exam in the afternoon. Passing this exam is one of the key requirements for earning your professional certification.
