The Protocol Professional Course is five days in length with an icebreaker reception on day zero.
The Protocol Leader Course is four days in length also with an icebreaker reception on day zero.

We’re also in the process of bringing our courses to Tokyo, Japan.

At the moment our courses are only in person. Aside from our periodic courses in Madrid and Austin, we offer customized courses that we bring to organizations across the world. In the future, we intend to create online courses that break down our training into specific segments.

Not inherently. In order to obtain professional certification, candidates have to satisfy several requirements and one of those are to graduate from the relevant training course. So if you’ve already completed all the other requirements for certification then yes. However, only graduating from the course does not grant you professional certification.

Professional certification gives you global recognition, hiring status, professional credibility, an official certificate, permission to use an official post-nominal, a place on the certification master listing for employer verification, and the certification lapel pin to display your protocol expertise.
