Each day will be packed with engaging and informative sessions designed to enhance your skills as a protocol professional. We will delve deep into our Traits Method and help you build the tools you need to be successful in even the most challenging circumstances.

Training and Certification (0800-1500)
Our final day of training will wrap up at 1500, giving you a bit of free time to enjoy the city.
For those interested, you'll have the option to take the Certified Protocol Professional exam in the afternoon. Passing this exam is one of the key requirements for earning your professional certification.
